Dear Colleagues,
The Surgical Neuroanatomy Teaching and Education Group of the Turkish Neurosurgical Society has long been dedicated to deepening the neuroanatomical foundation of neurosurgery and to developing contemporary educational models aligned with modern surgical practice. In line with this mission, we consider disseminating our scientific expertise in surgical neuroanatomy on international platforms an essential academic duty.
In this context, we are pleased to announce the Surgical Neuroanatomy Course to be delivered during the Southeast Europe Neurosurgical Society (SeENS) Congress in November 2026. The course aims to provide a comprehensive framework for understanding the critical neuroanatomical structures that underpin current surgical approaches, to advance microanatomical expertise to an advanced level, and to facilitate the integration of this knowledge into clinical decision-making. Furthermore, the program seeks to foster a scientific environment that strengthens interdisciplinary interaction and promotes international collaboration.
We firmly believe that this course led by distinguished experts in the field will offer participants a valuable academic experience, reinforcing theoretical foundations while contributing directly to clinical practice.
We cordially invite you to join us for this special educational event during the SeENS 2026 Congress. Your participation will significantly advance surgical neuroanatomy education on an international scale and support the collective scientific development of our community.
With scientific respect and collaboration,
Baran Bozkurt, MD
Head of Surgical Neuroanatomy Teaching and Education Group
